This is a newsletter signup template designed to be reused across industries.
Before publishing, update the following sections to match your business and audience:
Left Column: Change the image in the left column to anything that you would like. Note that using an image that is tall and narrow will yeild better results (Ex, 1200 × 1500 px)
Right Column: Currently you should see the tag which tells the editor to populate whatever settings you've applied under the SETTINGS > Leads tab.
Editing the Lead Capture Message
Navigate there and select the Message to Show On Lead Capture Form button to edit the Lead Capture Message for your newsletter. You will see the following items:
Headline: Clearly state the outcome your audience wants and what your newsletter delivers. Example: “Feel prepared, confident, and ready for the week ahead.”
Subheadline: Add a short description of your newsletter, resource, or recurring content.This is where you explain what it is, who it’s for, and how often it’s delivered. Example: A weekly newsletter that delivers practical guidance, inspiration, or tools to help your audience stay focused, organized, and moving forward.
What subscribers can expect: Customize this section to highlight the specific value you provide. Keep the list short, clear, and outcome-focused.
Example topics you might include:
Actionable tips or frameworks
Industry or niche-specific insights
Mindset, productivity, or leadership guidance
Behind-the-scenes lessons or personal experience
Accountability, structure, or weekly prompts
Resources that support consistency and growth
Editing the Form Elements
Navigate there and select the Fields & Booking on Lead Capture Form button to edit the form elements for your newsletter. You will see the following items:
You can add/edit/remove and of the Field Labels as needed. To edit the different items in your list, click on the Edit List button. You can also add tags, campaigns or automations based on the users selection to further customize the content that is delivered to them and to help organize them into your contact manager as needed.
